Thanks guys!! I called Tech Support and they emailed me the download. After several attempts, I called them back. It seems that my card reader is obsolete!!! It's about 5-7 years old and he said that was about the shelf life of them. I need to buy another one.

Unfortunately, it's card reader vs. food vs. gas for my car vs. cat food. So, it looks like I won't be able to post pictures for a while.
