Happy 4th Birthday Sweet Ziggy

My big girl turns 4 today. Wow.. I can't believe she is already 4. It feels like yesterday my daddy just brought her home for me.

My dog, Rascal, of nine years had passed on a few months before. My daddy had said that morning he had a big surprise coming for me. He had called a free ad listing for a free beagle mix puppy. 5 weeks old. My daddy brought her home and I instantly fell in love. He got her at a vet. Someone had dropped the puppies off at the vet because they didnt want them. So he ended up picking the most hyper one of the bunch and that happened to be Ziggy.

It was kind of funny though. They told us more and likely she would have been a smaller dog and then she kept growing and growing on us LOL!! Later, we found out she was part beagle/part german shepherd. We have stuck by Ziggy's side over and over again. She has agression problems with other dogs, and us having 4 little dogs doesn't make it easy, but we just keep them seperated from Ziggy.. Ziggy is well worth it. I would not trade her for the world.

Ziggy is defintely one of a kind. She is the most hyper 4 year old I have ever seen.. Heck she is the most hyper dog I have ever been around. She loves to play and if you don't play with her she will grab your attention some way. Ziggy always has that big lappy tongue hanging out and always has that big grin on her face no matter what mood we are in. She will make us feel better.Ziggy sure makes me laugh. I am so thankful to have her in my life. She is wonderful.

so HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY ZIGGY!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

We will have a birthday party for her later on in the week. Her presents are in a storage box. I had to take everything out of my room for remodeling purposes. I am hoping her party will be Thursday. I will defintely take pictures of my sweet girl's big birthDay celebration.
