I can't find a shelter in my area that spays/neuters cats. Vet offices are always too expensive. I have to spay Oreo, and my dad says if we can find one that is decently priced, then we can nueter the kitten we keep. Please, if anyone has time, could you help me find a shelter that spays/nueters around here? Most of them don't. I live in Little Falls, MN.
