Saw a cat lying in an alley while I was out with the dogs this morning and went back there on my way to work. Sadly the little black and white puss was still there and very definitely dead and as he had no collar I had no option but to contact the environmental health people who will be coming to collect him later.
I couldn't leave without stroking his little head.......play hard at the Bridge little one and I am sorry I couldn't do more for you
Have written letter to local paper pleading with cat/dog owners to get their pets properly tagged
