Thank you it's from 1993 or 1994... I can't quite remember , but I know it's one of those years, either later in the year 93 or earlier in the year 94.

Thanks Terry, my hair has darkened quite a bit since then! Don't think I'd be considered blonde anymore . (have never dyed it)
