The shelter named her Betsy and she's completely cleaned up and spayed and almost ready for adoption! I say "almost" because now she has a slight fever and respiratory ailment that is common to shelter cats. As soon as that clears up, she could have a beautiful furever home! There is still a $1000 reward for the @#@%^% creep who comitted this crime on sweet Betsy!
