Unfortunately I'm going to have to take my name off of the list for now. My mom just got a call back from the doctor that she may need open back surgery around that time.

It's not totally out of the question because surgery is not the only option for her right now and she wants to try everything else first, but for now I'm going to take my name off. I'll update you when I know for sure if I'm coming or not.

She said a trip down during the summer might work for us. I know there won't be a birthday to celebrate but maybe we can still get together?
