This has been on the news very recently where i live, and i find it so sick, a TODDLER for god's sake They should bring back the death penalty for monsters that do this sort of thing, it's totally unforgivable and a lifetime in prison does not bring justice to that little girl. It's so frightening to think that there are people like that walking about on the earth
