I had a beagle mix probably when I was about 5 years old, I think we had her until I was 6 or 7. She was absolutely the greatest dog, got along with everyone and was well behaved...until you left her home alone. She had severe seperation anxiety, literally would tear the house apart. If you put her in a crate, she could open the clips, or she would hurt herself to get out. We tried muzzling her too, and she managed to rip the muzzle in half. It got really bad, so my mom took her to "a new home". It was only a few years ago I found out she had her put to sleep. I know it was for the best, but I wish I had that dog now, and maybe we could of helped her.

We did have a cat that we had to bring back to the humane society...she was sweet at first, but the longer she was with us, she got very aggressive. Would really tear your feet or hands up, if she saw them move, and got the point she was literally attacking us.
