Sunny is a whiner too. He's also half aby. He usually does this when he's bored or to get attention. Sometimes Storm will also whine to get attention but he has little baby meows so it doesn't bother me as much. Sunny's meows are very loud at times. He also chirps a lot when he's running or playing. Some kitties are just more vocal than others.
