By grated "tasty" cheese do you mean some sort of combo of cheeses or is that supposed to mean a particular type? Oh, another thing I'm asked for is a simple leg of lamb but wrapped in foil and cooked over the fire outside. Not much of recipe for that really, just some garlic, a few herbs and white pepper rub basically. But you know that
