But that may not be all his fault ...
* Receptionist may not be writing down anything more than your
name & number
* He may have been busy and not calling anybody back
* Could he have called and got your answering machine or voice mail??
MANY folks will NOT "talk" to a machine or voice mail - they just hang up!

Lodging a "complaint" against the Doc may NOT be in your best interest
right now - IF you really want to talk to him and/or ask him to treat
you any more ...

If he thinks you're going to be hostile and/or cause him professional grief -
he may refuse to have any further dealings with you.

Give him another chance to call over the weekend or try again
with you calling his office on Monday ...
If he continues to act like an *A$$* - THEN write your complaints.
(AND look for another Doc.)
