Well... good and bad news....
The little guy is back with his owner (that is both good and bad news) I was not home when he came looking around looking for him so I couldn't ask him why he wasn't neutered, or wearing tags.... but at least he's back home and not running loose. My neighbor (who was keeping him at her house) told my hubby that he lives near by.
