I do a lot of salads during the week, or I'll have a lean cuisine with some cucumber slices on the side. I agree, I eat better during the week at work. When I am on my schedule, I can follow it, but weekends throw me off. Especially with all of the graduation parties, weddings, and cookouts during the summer (although I also walk Roscoe a lot in the summer, so I guess I work it off). I wish I was one of those people who could eat anything and never gain a pound!
