Let's just say KFC compared to Chick-fil-A is McDonalds compared to Outback. They are so much better.

I can't voucher for every store but the things we make are 100% fresh. If fries sit longer than 5 minutes they are thrown away. If salads aren't sold they are thrown away. Anything that is not sold within a specific amount of time is thrown away. A lot of the time we make our hot items by order.

I'm loving it. I have the most amazing co-workers. They are so much fun and we always talk about eachother's dogs.
Although they giggle at me when I make biscuits in the morning because according to my co-worker Robert, I give them a little pat after I roll them out, cut them, and put them on the pan as if I was a little biscuit mommy.
