More than I should have....

A piece of whole grain wheat bread with romaine lettuce and one slice of swiss cheese, some red grapes, a small glass of V-8 juice (low sodium) a couple Triscuits dipped in garlic hummus and
.....a Nestle ice cream treat (a drumstick)....reduced fat, of course.

Gee, if I had to post this on a regular basis, I might be a bit more selective about how much I eat.
