Thanks everybody.

I'm actually amazed at how good CJ is being! He has somehow figured out that Peanut is not well and he is being so gentlemanly and nice to her. He still cops a sniff now and then, but I have not seen him chase her since that first night. This morning he was on his favorite chair under the dining room table (he sleeps there most nights) and Peanut went underneath the chair. He hopped up and got that "oh boy!" look in his eyes, then he looked down at her and then he sat right back down - like he wanted to play but he knew he shouldn't. He is just such a good - but silly - boy. He is actually quite sedate these days and it's as if he's trying to be quiet so he doesn't upset the patient. He was batting his little CC (Canadian Catnip) ball around this morning and being goofy. Peanut walked in the room, he swatted the ball one more time and then he just sat down and stopped playing like he didn't want to upset her. Yesterday I heard one hiss out of her when he pushed the sniffing a bit too far, but other than that he seems to keep a respectable distance and leave her alone. Did I mention what a good boy he is?
