It kind of makes you wonder why the recidivism rate is so high in the prison population. Put a "Joe" in charge of the prisons, and I'll bet there won't be many people wanting to go back to his 'country club'! One of my hubby's school friends took up the life of a sleazeball, and he'd get discharged and commit another crime just to have three square meals and a roof over his head every night!
