It is not illegal in CA...only in West Hollywood and San Francisco. I wish it were everywhere though. Poor kitties.

When I worked at the vet, it was encouraged...spay/declaw or neuter/declaw was a better deal and encouraged to be done at the same time. Ugh...that was horrible.
