It's quite easy to go into Google and type in "BSL legislation" and get TONS of resources .

The reason I didn't "help" is because in order to provide specific sites for/against, I'd have had to sit and do a search and browse through all the search results.. and it seemed silly for me to do that for you when you are just as capable of doing it on your own, and in fact you know more what you are looking for so it would be less a waste of time for you
