I think it is just easier to laugh at because a mouthy/snotty adolescent (NOT aimed at any of the younger PTers) seems much less innocent than an animal. Of course, even jokingly I couldn't chuckle at the thought of a toddler or small child being zapped. I guess I picture one of those snotty girls that I went to high school with telling their mom to shut up and getting a zap, then I can laugh . In all fairness, there's probably more adults I'd like to zap from time to time
