WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE TODAY!!!!!!!! What about the dogs' owners too? This makes me SO mad, they have no right to do that!
I say that we "put him under" and diasect him! I can't believe that! Just because the poor dog was going to be euthanized, doesn't mean that it should be used for "education!!!"
