You might also try discussing this with your local shelter. Sometimes they have people who would be willing to foster the dog. Volunteers at the shelter are good ones to ask. They may be able to aim you in the right direction. Or ask your vet for some direction.

The poor old gal may not be in total control of her bladder. Maybe a pair or two of doggy panties would help with that problem. But I really think a foster is the best bet.
