Congrats!
I have the same problem with Speckles. Max, all I have to do is wrap him in a towel and I can do front and back no problem. Specks came to me already declawed on the front
(why they did it I'll never know). Anyway because of that she's a biter when she gets mad. Trimming her back nails has always been a two person job....but low and behold, I was able to do them by myself for the first time yesterday. She was on her side on the couch and I was rubbing her tummy so I leaned over on top of her, quickly did the dasterdly deed on one foot, then she was gone like a shot. A few hours later I was able to get the other one.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
