oh, you just crop it at a fixed size so it will not be aligned (because I have so much cats) then you open a new blank white and you copy, paste each of them (paws) into the big new blank white one, then last step -- you move wherever you want it to be. very simple, you could do this in any photo software, even any mircosoft image program. good luck!
