I would say that is not normal at all, it's not even forming into solid pellets. I haven't seen that in my rabbits, then again I haven't really viewed their bums, I suppose I should to make sure everything is fine and dandy, lol! Personally, if I saw that on Peanut or Buster I would be making a vet call right away to take her/him in.
