Do you want something folksy and crafty or elegant, etc? I know some PTers do crafts and plaques like that... Kimlovescats did some great custom ones!

I have a program to design cross stitch patterns... if you do needlework I'd be happy to design a pattern for you to stitch. You're on your own with the stitching though!
