Illinois has a law restricting the banning of certain breeds.
YAY!! This is the only good thing I have heard our governer do. All dogs picked up that appear to be agressive are microchipped. It was almost a law that every dog, cat, and ferret had to be microchipped, but some idiot (she was so proud of herself on the radio) got into an argument w/ her husband weather it included ferrets too, so in order to be right, she actually pursuaded them to cancel it before it was a law!!
