I have several Petcos in my area and I *love* all of them. The Petsmart in my area on the other hand VERY often has sick animals. NEVER have I seen a sick bird or other animal at Petco. The Petco I go to has the healthiest, most active birds. I have never had any complaints with Petco. Petco's a chain store with hundreds, if not thousands of stores around the country. With ANY company that has that many chains, there's bound to be a bad apple here and there. That doesn't mean every Petco is bad. I think they're doing excellent for such a big chain. Unfortunately, bad apples will always exist, but Petco in itself is the best pet store I have ever been to. Petsmart in my area is FAR worse.
