wow, thats really sad. I feel bad for the owner of Happy's sister. Happy is gorgeous, and I've seen her littermates and they are all beautiful Border Collies, but that lady should not be breeding! Isn't she involved in herding and flyball, too? you'd think she was smarter than that...

I just hope the lady with Happy's sister doesn't decide to breed her before getting her eyes CERF-ed... if you think about it, that method of breeding (and not health checking BEFORE breeding, and lying) can do a lot to hurt the breed over time.
