I had a white German shepherd named Polar. Unfortunatly due to eating puppy food while he was a puppy, his leg bones grew too fast and the rest of his body couldn't keep up. He had to be put to sleep.

Actually white GSDs are very common. They appear in 60% of litters and are the second most common colour of German shepherd.
