never heard of pancake tuesday lol but my fav pancake is finnish pancakes!(similer to buttermilk crepes, but use sour milk instead of butter milk, the more sour the milk the better they tast lol) lol if you use very sour milk and there is lots of smoke in the kitchen while you are making them they will taste REALLY good.
