I think the red one would make even a belly dancer blush. The red one is trashy, along with the identicle black one, but some of the rest are cute (just not for teenagers to wear to prom).

They sort of remind me of Cher in her Bob Mackie/Oscar extravagaza days.

Funny thing is - the dresses aren't really attractive at all (except #8 - I kind of liked that one)

These are not the droids you were looking for

    LOLOLOLOL,

    I just thought of something.

All the women in the pics for the dress line had no figures at all.

So, sit back, close your eyes and think about what the girls at the local high school look like, and then think of what a 16-18 year old girl will look like in that dress.

"Close your eyes, Mom, I'm coming into the room....."

    "Oh, you look lovely darling!!!"

Come on, guys, there's a lot of dress on that girl.

That reminded me a former co-worker. She came to the Christmas party wearing a dress that was like a snake around her body (very thin snake, I must say) and between the snake it was only a very transparent net, so you could see a lot of her not-so-thin body. I was ashame to look at her. And I am not a puritan!

I agree some of them are pretty inappropriate, but I looked up xcite online and some of the dresses are actually really unique and pretty.

And I honestly don't think that teaching safe sex has ANYTHING to do with what kids wear. I think that these styles are more a result of what has been made popular with people in the media... like Brittany, for example.

Wow. I don't have a daughter, but if I did, she would NOT be leaving the house wearing that. YIKES!

I completely agree. Safe sex has been around a long time, at least since the 80's. When I was in junior high and high school in the 80's we were definately taught about safe sex ... and we definately did NOT dress like that!!!

Sorry, but the VAST majority of teenagers are going to have sex. Hormones rage, that's the way it is. This is nothing new. You think teenagers weren't having pre-marital sex in the 50's, the 40's, etc., when they wore MUCH more conservative clothes than they do today? Puhleeze.

I'd MUCH rather have my son alive, healthy and not a father, thanks.

What I was trying to imply is that people don't care if kids are out having sex.. so why would anyone care if kids are wearing a dress like that?

I just didn't understand what all they hype is about ... when they don't care if the dress ends up coming off at the end of the night anyway.
