If you have invites to give out, you'd see something like this:

They give it out to random people. They've been giving out a lot of invites lately so you'll probably get one in a bit. I've gotten almost 20 in the past week. I gave a lot away on gmailswap.com since I didn't know what to do with them.

I *think* it also depends how active your gmail account is. Warren (hubby) hardly uses his, and he has only had ONE batch of 6 invites (which I used for PTer's anyway ), whereas I have switched most of my mail over to my new gmail addy, so I am using it quite extensively, and I get invites on a regular basis.

If you have invitations which you are not going to use, there is a website where you can donate them to US TROOPS. The website says " Troops abroad have a real use for these accounts. Loved ones can send them movies or photos from home and they don't have to worry about having to delete things. If you are a troop and would like a Gmail Invite, or you have invites to offer, post!

Click here to offer your invites."
