Last time we did this only 2 people did not recieve gifts.

One person's gift got lost in the mail, and supposedly another is being sent.

The other person who did not send will not return e-mails, PM's or anything.

Yes, of course, anyone is allowed to participate as long as they follow by the rules.

hmmmm wonder if it is the same person that participated in my gift swap on another board?
The same thing is happening there. We have not heard anything from her but last we did a couple months ago a package was supposably being sent out that week

I would love to participate. I love sending gifts, buying gifts. It's what I live for. But maybe people don't want me to participate?

I'd love to participate, but I don't think I will. Mayvbe some day in the future I will live in a place that has DECENT pet shops

I KNOW I could order stuff on line, but it just takes the enjoyment out of it for me - I LOVE sending out pressies ( as a couple of you know ) , and I like to give them a personal touch, so THANKS KAY for organising this, but I'll pass this time!

There are lots of people that got mad at me before, so I've tried to only say nice things, but maybe this doesn't make up for before? I wouldn't want anyone to resent me. Maybe I will fill out the questionaire and test my luck?

No matter how many people are "mad" at you, as long as you're a participating member of PT (and you are) you're allowed to swap.
The opinion of others on here doesn't decide whether or not you get to participate in PT things.

Ok i will loved to do it but me being in England is a hell of away to send a package (mailing bill etc) it would just be an extra charge to the person who got me!!!
Is it still good to enter?

It's not terribley expensive to ship overseas from US from my experience.
