    Pics! A little bit of everything

    We're having a new library built and here's the top of it to show you it's style. I think it's so pretty. Also, our local coffee shop is going to be in it so it'll sort of be like Barnes and Noble. I can't wait!

    And we had a new Eckerds open. They had these bears on display. Were so cute of course I had to have a pic of them.


    Now, for Duke and Flair pics
    First, here's Flair after his bath a few weeks ago. The first thing horses like to do after a bath is roll. Sort of like toweling off for us.

    He's such a character. Here he is shaking off the sand.

    I really like this one. Had it made into a 5x7. He looks so graceful.

    I was trying to keep him running so I could get more pics. I sure wish I had caught him bucking. It was so funny.

    This is kind of blurry but he was running fast.

    Here's a few of Duke that I took just a couple of hours ago.

    He was getting sleepy

    Don't 'cha just love spending 20 minutes giving a horse a bath only for it to roll right afterwards!?!?!?!? I remember last summer, my friend Amy and I, were assigned the task of washing all the horses at camp (they have 47), took us around 3 hours...and they were all mud covered two minutes after their bath. Ha ha ha!

    Flair is simply adorable! And little Duke, what a handsome gentlemen! Too cute!!!

    I really like this one of Flair. I think the blur gives it a nice finishing touch.

    What beautiful pictures, Val! The library is lovely! And every town needs a good coffee hang out I loved all of the Flair pics...just like a kid to get dirty just after his bath He looks so cute rolling on his back and so spectacular in motion! And Duke, you melt my heart every time I see that sweet, beautiful face of yours. Have your mommy kiss that soft, furry snout for me and those paws, if she dares!

    Flair is so beautiful! I just love how she rolls after her bath Angus used to do the same thing when he was younger.

    Flair is such a handsome boy!! He's just as handsome in person.. although I admit being sort of afraid of him.
    He reminded me so much like a dog with the pictures of him rolling in the sand and shaking off!

    And I love that
    Duke boy of course! He looks so cute all sleepy, heck.. he looks cute all the time!
