Why Boone wanted his votes to be in memory of Chief.

To all of you who voted for Boone and then found out that the votes were going to his friend Chief, I have a story to tell you.
Boone's mommy said that when he was at the vet's hospital, after his heart attack, as bad as Boone was feeling, he still tried to go to the next cage to console another pup who was crying. Because of Boone's generous and caring nature, his mom thought that he would want to do this in Chief's memory if he could talk.
Our pups don't need to talk, they can always let us know what's in their minds in so many other ways...
