I guess I am just an old country girl, I like catfish!! LOL, Oh I baked some salmon one time, I had met a woman in the grocery store and she was buying salmon. I ask her how to prepare it. Okay, I go home with my salman, fix it just like she told me to. My house stunk for a week, I really done an awful job cooking that salmon. My husband love fish, and he even gagged, LOL. I had to throw it out.....

    Icky!

I don't eat fish or any other sea food AT ALL! I think the cleaning fluid would make it taste better (Maybe it was that new Berry Fresh Windex - yum!)

Sounds great to me! I like catfish, because it doesn't taste so fishy to me. I have never ate it like that. I have baked it, fried it. So how do you prepare it? Sounds good! Hmmm, maybe I could just kidnap you and Chubby and get you to fix for me. LOL!

Oooh, cajun catfish is easy! (at least the way I do it!) You take nice thin catfish fillets, brush them with oil, sprinkle a moderate amount of blackening seasoning on them, and pan fry! *drool* I'm hungry just thinking about it...

    Thank you Wolf_Q!

    I can't believe I missed a sushi thread.
We go out for sushi every Friday. It's our set date and has been for years. I absolutely love it. Favs are all kinds of tuna, especially Toro Sashimi.
