    It looks like you are trying to put the image in from your hard drive. What you need to do is either get an account at imagestation or photobucket. Upload your pictures to them and then you can put the address of the picture between he [ img] and the [ /img] and it should show up very well. www.photobucket.com and www.imagestation.com are both free.

    The good thing I love about photobucket is that it has the codes at the bottom of the pictures with the [img] codes already there, then all you do is copy they code and past it here.
