Well actually, if you think about it, not everyone wants to boost up their count.. To some people it's just a number.. Im sure that's not why they are doing it.. They just want to have some fun..

Someone out there is deleting threads. Wolfsoul had 7002 yesterday and now she's down to 6999, too.

That pisses me off when people delete threads, cause it's usually something that I want to refer back to at some point and can't find it.

I don't know whether I am missing any, but I KNOW Jan had made it to pillarhood, and now she is back down to about 889 or something like that!!!

I just thought that since there were so many posts in there (over 800 if you don't remember) that I would delete it, it must have been taking up a lot of room.

A lot of the posts had only one of two words in them.

I'm really not mad about it, but yeah, it annoys me when threads are deleted. I think we should leave it to Karen & Paul to decide what's taking up room & what's not.

I personally think once there are replies in a thread that the thread started should lose the ability to delete it. It no longer 'belongs' just to them, IMO.

I don't care about my post count ,and this didn't affect it so that's not in the least why I'm annoyed. It bugs me because it never fails that I go search for a thread and find it's been deleted and I know what I was looking for was in there.

I agree with Micki, I like to go back and read some of the old threads. When you go back and can't find them, it is very disappointing. I am not worried about losing MY posts.

I edited because I don't want to hurt the feeling of Dogz. Sorry if I hurt your feelings.

I agree with Micki too. I think we should have threads like these when we're just having fun or whatever. Its not all about making the post counts go up, its just fun to have a party like that I also like to read back on those posts.
But it doesn't really matter, I'm not mad or anything.

I generally get upset when people delete threads, but I have to agree with Dogz on deleting the one she did. A thread where almost every post has just a couple words in it is pretty pointless. Its really not that big of a deal. Post counts don't mean anything.
