I'm going to talk to my mom today about what services Hospice offers the family in times like this...maybe they have something/someone your aunt can talk to, I know lots of clergypeople volunteer for Hospice. Maybe that could help her?
I PM'd you with some books I found online last night. Maybe one of them can help as well.
