What a pretty little girl you are Poe! I had a black bunny when I was younger.

I talk to her through out the day and she sits still and I seem to think she's actually listening to me.

I'm sure Poe listens to your every word. Congrats on being POTD Poe! I hope this is a special day for you and your human.

Dear sweet Poe! What a pretty girl you are, with your plush black coat and your little ears! You and your caring person are helping one another through the challenges of life, sharing each other's support. What a great story I agree with chocolatepuppy -- I am sure you're listening as your person talks. Silly Poe, playing with a paper towel roll rather than the wicker ball your people got for you (my kitty once did the same thing - I brought a new toy home for her and she ended up playing with the package more than the toy!) I hope you have a wonderful day of running on your carpet, playing with your ball or cardboard roll, eating a yummy bunny treat and enjoying your people's company! Happy Pet of the Day to you, dear, precious Poe! Oh, what a beautiful little bunny girl you are, beautiful in body and spirit! I got tears in my eyes as I read your Mommy's very touching tribute to her furry soul mate! What a very, very special bond you and she share, Poe, and I can't help but believe that a higher power led her to you, with a very special job in mind for you both...healing! How blessed you are, Poe, having a forever human who will forever and always, love you unconditionally, one willing to give you all the time you need to learn to love and trust, to come out of your shell. But regardless, she will always be there for you, just as you are there for her, listening so patiently and quietly loving her back in your own special way! What a heavenly match!
