Hi Catmobile Kitties,
I'm really looking forward to having all of you here before you leave for Philadelphia. There's a lot to see and do there. We got a few inches of snow here yesterday and it got pretty cold. I wanted to remind all of you to bring something warm to wear on your trip. We don't want any of you catching a cold.

I hope the PT Kitty Bagpipe Quartet will be bringing their bagpipes! Ming, the college I went to isn't far from here so I'm going to see if I can use my alumni status to borrow a harp for you. I can't wait to hear the new songs you've learned and see the new steps Sparkler has picked up. Groucho has been practicing his fiddle non stop.

Kitties, we're almost there!

Some will be arriving in Trenton, some will be flying in to BWI, some will come directly here. We all know this routine, so it will all go very smoothly I'm sure. Those coming in to Groucho's, don't worry, there will be plenty of time to shop in Philly as well.

Mom has been busy getting things ready for the party on Thursday. The Haggis in a Hurry shop in Ellicott City provided appetizers and I will reveal one surprise....there is a famous seafood restaurant in Baltimore catering the event. They have just asked the Kitties to chat about them when they get to Philly; for that they'll cater for free! My private lower level is ready for all the kitties to party and spend the night before our travels. The chipmunks have even consented to be part of the entertainment outside the windows for us.

So, get ready for great seafood (Maryland blue crab is the best!), great music and a wonderful trip! See you soon kitty friends!

Well, the Catmobile was parked in front of our place when I got in from work yesterday. I was greeted by Groucho and several other kitties. It was so nice to see them again! They were up kind of late watching Animal Planet, catching up on the latest gossip, and making plans for their upcoming trip. Soncat and I told them the computer and our cell phones are available so they could check in with their purrents.

As I went by the Trenton Train Station on my way to work this morning I saw a group of kitties wearing designer sunglasses getting off the Amtrak. When I called Groucho to tell him, he said the Catmobile was on the way over to pick them up.

The Haggis In A Hurry Shoppe will be over this afternoon to set their party up for tonight. Soncat will be bringing bacon cheezburgers home for everyone and we don't think this will be an early night.

There's a big surprise for Ming. After classes today some students from Trenton State College are bringing a harp!
Don't know what their plans are for today though. This morning a few kitties asked if they can watch "Judge Judy" tonight and some of the others asked Soncat if there are any good games on tv later.

Inka is calling my cell phone, I'm sure everything and everyone is okay. Tonight we party!

Two parties? How exciting! It's going to be busy!

Kitties! Something even BIGGER than the seafood restaurant catering the Thursday party!! We MUST make a stop before heading to Philly on Friday afternoon (it's only two hours away-no biggie).

There's a party going on in Pinot's house! There was so much seafood for all the kitties and now they're all singing 'round the piano.

Tomorrow they head to Baltimore for a short stop in Hampden to see Gordon Ramsay at Cafe Hon, then on to Philly. Gordon has saved a space for the Catmobile right next to his trailer. We'll see how this goes!

I've been wondering where our adventurers are too. When I call Groucho's cell phone it goes straight to voice mail and he hasn't called back. Maybe they're having too much fun?

Okay, I'm getting suspicious. I've tried calling UtchieB's cell and it goes right to voicemail. AND...no sooner did they get picked up by the Catmobile, the bank called to say a rather large withdrawal is showing up on my account. Hmmmmm...

Oh boy is there gonna be HECK to pay when they get home!

All I do know: Pinot had many surprises up her sleeve. She wasn't talking about them, she just kept smiling. I also know there was a special meeting with the British TV Chef Gordon Ramsey on Friday, the tour at the museum on Saturday, and, I have a feeling, there were some negotiations with the Monday Night Football group. You see, the game is in Philly, and there may be a situation. The Eagles have a quarterback the kitties DO NOT LIKE. Be on the lookout for a protest and stay by your phones kitty purrents. I hate to say it, but my Pinot girl does enjoy a bit of adventure.

I do hope the kitty crew will be careful around that awful man. I hope the Eagles lose!!!!

I heard there is supposed to be a regatta on the Skuykill River this weekend too!!! AustinB has said he is interested in coxing a crew, which is a tradition in the Ploss family (my brother is a crew coach and I rowed when I was in high school and again when I lived in MI). Of course he'll be grounded for the rest of his natural life because of his misbehavings. But, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it *arms folded, tapping foot on ground*

At last there was a voice mail from Groucho this morning. He said the CSI exhibit was great and very interesting. From there the kitties went to the Adventure Aquarium and took a guided tour of the Battleship New Jersey in honor of Veteran's Day. He said something about going to a special screening of the movie "Puss In Boots". I tried to call him back but again it went to his voice mail.
