Yes, I knew they don't use electricity so I thought it was a candle display of some sort. Didn't know they don't decorate for Christmas, though.
Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.

Yes they can not have electricity in the house. They can have it in the barn or outside the home somewhere but not in the home. So I THINK Christmas lights outside would be within the rules. although maybe that's a bit much lolIt is just a black box. Someone sent this to me in an email awhile back.
The Amish are an interesting folk. They are not allowed to have modern conveniences in their home like telephones but they can have one out on the pole at the end of the road.

The Amish are a strange breed truly. A strange religion that bends the rules to fit so they can make money. No electric at home but at work? How is that God's law? Just another group of people who think they know what God wants as long as it make money for them.
Very odd. Is there a passage in the bible that says married men cannot shave?
