Fritz on Tuesday napping in the chair down here.Right now, under the couch.Had some water, tried brushing him,it seemed he was going to let me,he squirmed around, couldn't do it so well.Eagles lost game 1 of the final 4-3 in overtime. They scored two goals in the last minute, the tying goal in the last second, somehow I knew they would do that,I had a feeling they would. They played almost 13 minutes before the Newmarket Hurricanes won, game 2 in Bowmanville Tuesday night at 7:30.I read an article about the game yesterday,Eagles had a call go against them, the overtime winning goal was scored with the net off, none of the 4 officials saw it,everyone else in the rink did.I think they got caught up being in a playoff game in overtime and they forgot to do the right thing and disallow it.I think it was discouraging after scoring 2 goals in the last minute to force overtime and lose on a bad call is not right.

    Back From The Groomers

Fritz cooling off inside the back door last Wednesday just back from the groomers and a little later on the back of the chair with his Monkey.Fritz rode on the back seat,I carried him in,his tail started going,at the bottom of the stairs he started squirming, hard to hold on to him.I put him down when got him, tail started going again when he saw the groomer's assistant.he didn't get a green scarf, got a red one,any color looks nice on him.I carrier him back to the van where he rode on the back seat quiet.Once in the house, laid down inside the back door.Last night, had his water and bones, begged for it.Cuddled with Mom and under the couch.this morning, went upstairs again and under the comforter, had my cereal and toast.Had a snooze in Mom's bedroom when we went to the bank.He had some Egg Sandwich with me for lunch.Fritz will probably go back to the bedroom ,Mom has gift again ,filling in for her friend up the street.Tonight ,I have the hockey game to go to,Mom will watch a little of the Leafs-Florida Panthers,American Idol and Curling,U.S-Canada at 9:30.Lousy weather here wind and rainy,in the 50's tomorrow and Thursday,36 on Friday,41 Saturday and 39 Sunday, maybe a bit more rain.

    snacking,snoozing and begging

Fritz having cereal morning of March 18th then napping in my chair and later on in the afternoon waiting for some Meat Pie.He stayed down here with Mom while I was at the game,it was a doozy,it went until the 15:37 of the 3rd overtime period at before the Eagles scored and won 3-2,tied the series ,game 3 in Newmarket tomorrow night at 7:35.I only stayed until the of the first overtime,Mom came up at quarter after 10,hadn't heard form me,I phoned her twice,I didn't know until I went and looked out,she was waiting for me,so went home and followed it on the computer, glad I did,it wasn't over until quarter to 12.Mom took a fall at the bottom of the stairs, missed a step, broke two fingernails, nothing else wrong,Fritz was concerned for her.We all had a good sleep,Fritz went to ehr after I let him out,he had cereal and toast, went out, came in and had a run,at some point, probably last night,he brought one of Mom's shoes up and under the table,Fritz is now on Mom's be,Mom going out to lunch with Marlene,Mom and I going to Boston Pizza after the game here Saturday, going out on Sunday for dinner with Larry and Marlene, and my Aunt and Uncle.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    Dear Fritz,

Of all the different places you like to spend your time, 3 are my favorites - when you are under the table with Barry's slipper or shoe (or worse ); when you are on Mom's lap; and this is number one...
    IN THE WINDOW!

    Happy SUnday, sweety!

    Go, Eagles!
