Yes, shortly before Winnie was found at the scene of the crime, the youngster in question was seen running through the house with the center part of the toy in her mouth unraveling behind her as she ran.

Uhmmm... Winnie... I am sorry to tell you this, but I've learned the hard way that you can't always blame it on your big brother. Maybe there was another kitty who came in from outside, attacked the cat toy, and left?
