Oh dear, what happened to Tennessee today? It stopped being fun to watch when the other team was scoring and scoring and there was almost no defense. Now da Bears are playing.

    I don't even peek anymore.

I have to say that watching Denver keep going is not making me feel any better?

    -7?

    Holy poop.

I wonder what the O-line has to say this morning.

If it isn't "Sorry for the abysmal fail. We will be giving todays pay back to the team to buy training videos" they aren't saying the right thing...

I want to go up to Jeff Fisher's team and say, "Who are you and what have you done with the Titans??"

The Packers won in spite of the usual penalties and sack troubles. I thought they were supposed to fix that during the bye? FOCUS, people! *virtual Stooge Slap to the lot of them*

Best name of the year: Elvis Dumervil, defensive lineman for the Broncos. He leads the lead with 10 sacks! He's a little guy, too.

    Anchors Aweigh

    NAVY 23

    Notre Dame 21

Second straight victory for Navy at South Bend. Gets Navy into the Texas Bowl; probably sinks the Irish's chances for a bowl bid.

    Where - in Texas?

Actually, Notre Dame could go to a bowl game, but it won't be one of the BCS bowls. As my son said just a few minutes ago - that was a $12,000,000 loss for the Irish - think bowl payoff. And it pretty well eliminates Jimmy Clausen from Heisman consideration.

Oh, I knew that - I even have pictures. Took this one back in 2005 when we were down there for the Navy game. That one Navy lost

I'm glad for you. Unfortunately, the Ravens went back to sleep this week.

Well... the Bears were 3 and 1 - now they're 4 and 4. When does baseball start again?

    My thoughts this week:

Seattle = Yay! Could we PLEASE play this good more often? (minus the abysmal FAIL in the first quarter)

San Fran = BOO! The Titans, come on! (no offense to Titan fans )

    Arizona did GREAT this week...

Oregon = Triple BOO!!! Way to choke defense. The offense had that game won, you don't put up over 500 total yards and LOSE!

Heres to a better week for left coast football...

    PS: GO NAVY!
