    1) The Alistair Sim version of "A Christmas Carol" (or any version of that story). 2) Bing Crosby's "White Christmas". 3) "It's a Wonderful life" (because Jimmy Stewart and my father went to the same school in Indiana, Pa). 4) " A Christmas Story".

They filmed the "Grinch" movie out here in Simi Valley, CA. The housing was built next to the hills, a flipping purple color that you could see from the freeway and you could not ignore it. I remember driving past it and knowing what it was-out here any huge production that throws the world out of balance scares everyone-and wondering what people living in the area thought.

Another two movies that I saw and loved are, "Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence" That was a movie set in a POW camp run by the Japanese during WWII and
"Midnight Clear", that movie was about a truce between American and German soldiers during Christmas, Quirky movies but worth a look!

Yeah, well, I think I've sat through that movie about four times and it disgusted me every time.

I also hate "A Christmas Story" - I always have. It's just not a real Christmas movie to me.

My all time favourite movie (not just Christmas movie) is "One Magic Christmas."

Some other favourites are "Prancer" and "Muppet Chirstmas Carol," and more recently "Polar Express."

Of course I always love "Rudolph!!!"

I love Rudolph the Red Nosed Raindeer. Watched it every year with the kids and my daugher who is 22 still comes over and watches it with me.
Also the Polar Express is just so lovely as is A Christmas Story.
    Little Ralph is a cutie.
