At our breakfast with Barbara and Siegmar, they shared their pictures of Tigres and Filou.

You absolutely would be amazed at the wonderful pictures that Siegmar has taken. You actually gasp at the way he has captured the natural light and how the kitties just glisten. Each picture is just a work of art.

I wish that it would be possible for everyone to see them.

I can imagine the pictures that they got from their vacation - maybe if we whine or beg we could get them to share a few.

Sometimes when you are in the middle of a wonderful event, you don't fully appreciate it at the moment. Now, Barbara and Siegmar are back in Germany, we have left Slick in Canada and I am back home in California.
And a breakfast has become a very dear memory spent with some pretty wonderful people.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to spend time with Slick and Max - oh that Max is just a little walking doll. And to be able to share in our great dinner together - these are memories that I will always treasure.

I promise next weekend. And yes Siegmar's best pics will be on good old analog film
I must say there was never a person I met via Pet Talk whom when I met him/her didn't seem like an old and very good friend Same this time. We all have so much to share that time just flies when we're together.

That's OK Siegmar - we know the best is yet to come This just means we have something special to look forward to next weekend - a real treat

    Barbara and Gini,

You are both so right - meeting a PetTalker is an experience like non other You do feel like you've known this person a long time and the first time you set eyes on them in real life - all you want to do is give them an enormous hug just like you do when meeting a good friend you haven't seen in ages. It's a wonderful thing

These photos are wonderful! Everybody looks so happy. It must have been wonderful to be part of this event, but it's lovely to be able to share in it too.

Thank you so much for sharing with us. Maybe one day ...

Not to get mushy - but when you meet a new Pet Talker - so many of the ways you size up new people are just put aside. You immediately start talking about your pets - and you hear and see the love and devotion, care and appreciation for their animals - that you just know -

    THIS IS A GOOD PERSON!!

The rest comes easy - as there is no ice to break.

Let's start with our visit with Bengalz. Eve was a perfect host and made sure the bed was made really well. You can see that Eve is a pretty pretty petite- just like her mom

And now some special interest pictures.
The first one is for Killearn Kitties' husband who would have shared with Bengalz' husbands a lot of car and racing talk
The second one is for Phred: On the Queen Charlotte Islands it rains so much that you do not really need a fire car
The third one shows Siegmar on the boat in the Queen Charlottes and -imho-looking cool.

Wonderful pictures! Eve really is cute, and quite small it seems. Did she come to sleep with you also?

Before this, I had no idea what you looked like Bengalz, how nice to "meet" you! I see you have a Mac - good choice!

How nice that both you and Siegmar got to hold Max! Your flat looks great, Slick!

I can't get over that restaurant view in the previous pictures - and the whale watching! Wow!

Love the picture of the fire truck! LOL!

Barbara your photos are just wonderful and thank you for the compliments personally I think Eve is the "pretty one"

Your photos of Gini and Slick are fantastic and reflect their warm personalities so well I just love Siegmar on the boat - excellent shot !!! But we missed seeing you in this segment

Randi, we've always had Mac computers - my husband, being a photographer, needs to work on a Mac Platform - it is the best I am fortunate to get his "hand-me-downs" - not a bad deal at all

Thank you all for the wonderful memories. I am so looking forward to more of the same in future

    OMG!

That poor rig needs a wax and a trim!
It's a shame when you get old and they put you out to Pasture.

I could put my bed back there in the Hose Bed to to keep it company.

    More great pictures!

Alec will be so impressed that you took a photo especially for him. Those cups look positively tasteful – a step up from some of the horrors he seems to have collected. Although he does have nice trophy from a Jaguar track day he once got as a present – the day, not the trophy.

Bonus photos too of adorable Eve and Max. Good job on the bed, Eve!

    Karen,

I am certain that Alec and Gunter would have many stories to share about their racing adventures I believe it's called "bench racing" and I have experienced a lot of that over the years as I'm sure you have too. I really hope we can all meet some day and hear all those stories It would be so fun!

The 'magic hat' would have loved to have hitched a ride back north! I am going to see if I can send it to the next mystery meeting.

Slick, let me know the next time........Your hat is still in vogue.

Richard - the next time you'd better haul your butt up here and deliver that hat in person!!! I'm sure there are many newcomers scratching their heads wondering about this magic hat. I looked on past threads but the links are all to Imagestation. I'll have to see if I can find a picture of it.

By the way, Bengalz (Betty) and I are trying to hook up for a mini meeting sometime in the next month. Can hardly wait!
