    I got a DSLR!

Yay! It's used, but no biggie! It was cared for really well. And I got a 70-300mm lens from the best person ever, Nancy. DSLR's are very scary, or at least they are to me, lol.

Here are a few photos I took today in the backyard, primarily of Jersey. They aren't the best as it was pretty shady and I don't really have any idea what I'm doing.

    Thanks for looking

Wow D70's are nice my dad has one. Used or not it takes good pix and the 70-300mm lens is great, I have one similar myself for a Canon camera.

Pix look pretty good for someone with no DSLR experience. You'll get a better handle on how it works by just playing with it. And playing with any new tech toy is half the fun. lol Enjoy.

What does DSLR stand for?? Is it something special that the camera does? I'm so not up on this stuff! Probably why I'm not happy with my camera or pics, lol. Yours look really nice!

DSLR stands for a Digital SLR (single-lens reflex)... basically a really nice digital camera... hehe.
